    I am a gardener, a humbling and inspirational vocation. Since early childhood, I have had a passion for flowers, nature and art. Gardening is the art that uses flowers and plants as the paint and the soil and sky as the canvas working with nature provides the technique. A successful garden is the highest form of art, utilizing all the senses, while orchestrating plants in various color combinations, shape, height and texture in a design to convey a mood or feeling. The plants are chosen to ⁰grow and bloom together harmoniously. The garden canvas is never static; it is constantly evolving. As seasons progress, the garden develops and reflects the garden artist’s design. Claude Monet was a master gardener, horticulturist and colorist. He loved nature, flowers and light, and with each canvas he sought to capture one glorious inspirational moment. Monet’s gardens in Giverny are works of art.(Introduction)
